Teri and I got into a few ticks at the last daytime stand we made Saturday. I saw them and cut the stand short but we had to go over each other really well a couple of times and I got one bite out of the deal. Got into a chigger or two also but they don't bother me so bad. Tequila fixed it grin. Cures just about everything!

Haven't read it all Bob, just saying from your description, symptoms and not feeling a bite.

I'd be headed to the ER right now, but your choice.

Nope...looked at those pics too. I'm thinking some no see-um bug with a slight infection having set in because of my scraping of the itching MFers. And I really mean itching bad,Tom.

I'll try your suggestion as it doesn't seem as crazy as some of the other stuff. I'd use a soldering iron if I thought it would really work.

The nail polish work pretty good you will need to re-apply after a couple of showers.

I walked into the kitchen area the next morning and Teri was on her second piece of watermelon and telling me how good it was (hic). I told her what was in it and she put it down before she got buzzed too much!

Isaac, I bet the special Watermalon marinate would work, put some on the bits and drink the rest. You will not fill the itching.

I didn't even see the inside of one of those fantastic blinds this ranch makes at their own warehouse. They look like the elaborate moose blinds I saw in Canada.

I just didn't prep right with the deet, that's all. My kid got one bite around his knee and that's it. He tucked in his pants leg after tying them closed and wore long sleeve Ts,though.

I can't believe the guys who did the dog/pig Rambo hunt didn't get tore up!

Isaac, no bull [bleep] if you handled, or got around those Fox you need to get checked they carry a flea that can cause some serious problem, I think you can find more information on them at the Texas Parks and Wildlife website go to the hunting sections an scroll about 2/3 of the page.

Your lovely wife ranks in the top 3 women I've ever shared a hunting camp with. She was a great addition. Teri, along with Debbie and our cook Theresa, made for a perfect blending.

Redheads are special!!

Do they just itch, or do they feel like things are crawling in your skin?
