a +P chamber really is not the right phrase for it, the +P refers to the ammunition being loaded for a higher pressure than what older rifles were rated for, modern rifles are rated for the +P ammunition.

So when I said +p chamber I was refering to a rifle that is able to safely handle +P ammo in not so many words.
