I'm not a benchrester either and have no interest in turning necks. My .22 PPC was originally a .22 Waldog that Dan Dowling built, the fellow I bought it from had it rechambered to .22 PPC and then never shot the gun. For a varmint rifle, ya just need to take too many rounds with you to deal with turning necks.

See you are relatively new here. Welcome aboard!! Don't think I've seen any 22 PPC Sako brass for sale here. Might ne worth a call to Bruno Shooter's Supply in Phoenix to see if he has any. Positive he has the 6PPC Sako brass though. I have a 22 BR, so not interested in a 22 PPC. But, the 22 PPC is a humdinger round.
Thanks, Don. 6PPC brass is no problem, but I don't think anyone is importing the Sako .22 PPC brass at this time. It is listed on Sako's international site, though.

Wholesale sports in Calgary Alberta Canada has 22 ppc brass in thier catalogue and that is where I picked up my last batch. Also I got some at the powder keg in Kamloops B.C. Wholesale sports has bought out around a dozen stores in the Pacific Northwest( sportsman warehouse ? ) and they should be able to bring the brass in from their Canadian stores.

Paperkiller: I am proud of your thriftiness and the way your "new" Rifle shoots. Wishing you continued success with it. I do want you to know though that you paid $6.66 a box for those Sierra 53's! That $6.66 per box price does represent the sign of the Devil though, if I am not mistaken. Just funnin ya. That was an excellent Gunshow buy on your part! Your philosophy of accuracy/cost is right alongside mine. Cheap and fairly accurate and I go Hunting with it! 1/2" groups (5 shots at 100 yards) and I call it GOOD - my load development trials are over! Hold into the wind VarmintGuy
