Save the 4064 for your 22-250 and .220 Swift. N133 will push a 40 Gr bullet out of a .223 about as fast as anything and I've gotten very good accuracy with it.

With 40's give AA2015 or VV133 a try. The 40gr. load in one 26" barrel with AA2015 is at 4010fps. In a 20" barrel truck gun the load with VV133 and 40's is doing 3895. Both are 14" twist. These are working/accuracy loads.
