For my wife if would be either the Mercedes or the shopping trip to Europe, and since she already has the Mercedes, I guess I'd go for the trip to Europe. Actually I think she'd enjoy the safarii to Africa. I don't think she'd be comfortable wearing jewelry that would cost as much as a Mercedes, but I could be wrong.
