I had a model 54 RWS, heavy but good, shot a crow with it from 25 yards and dropped him solid.
Now I'm messing with a Gamo bone collector in 22 cal and it's racking up the gray squirrel count pretty well. 90% of them drop like I shot them with a 22.

Well we're Green and we're Gold, and we play better when it's cold. All us Cheese heads have our favorite superstar. We love Brett Favre.

What the [bleep]? You going to take an opinion poll about everything or just trying to clear the board? Or just [bleep] bored to death?

Maurader pellet guns go fro 800 bucks, some of them are as powerful as a 22.
Get out of the hosue every once and a while and try dating - you'll be much less edgy.

Right now I'd say the Winchester that my neighbor has. I killed a squirrel with it the other day in the back yard. 40+ yard shot, iron sights. I have checked it with my Chrony, and it is getting dang near 1000 fps with the .17 pellets.

Right after I decide if I like being in the woods or taking game more, what the best shooting sticks are, which vacuum cleaner is better and the poll comes in on the stove you toolbag.

No need of spending $$$ when a cheaper one will work.
Some of us have squirrels and the attic and can take care of the problem with a nice pellet gun.
others have just hit "get out of my yard you kids" age and need a bit more of re-examination.
BTW - My dad 72 years of age loves nailing wabbit's with his pellot gun.
Merry Christmas!
