i dont go out without the bipod. I only half jokingly say that I might as well leave my rifle as my bipod. Sad but true.

I'm going to sporterize my K98 .8mm Mauser to .220 Swift soon, but for now, either my dad's Remington 600 Mohawk .222, or a Savage 99C .243.

Cooper model 21 Classic, in 222, although it has since morphed into a 223 with a stainless fluted barrel but I do not have a picture of it as that yet. drover
223 Rem, my favorite cartridge - you can't argue with truckloads of dead PD's and gophers.

Thare are some dandy rifles fellers! This is better... found a picture of the Remington 600. The dang Weaver 6x gave up the ghost, so we're stuck right now without a scope, right after we found a honey-hole! I guess we'll have to fight over who gets the 99C!

Ben, If you need a replacement scope, I've got a painted leup 2-7x laying around. I could mail it to you if ya want it. It ain't much to look at, but mechanically it is good.
