And for that we "must" tolerate his dramatics, right?

No, you do not have to listen to him. Free country (for now) and all that. My question is: Why do you keep listening and the pizz and moan about? Do you not understand the concept of an off button or knob? miles

Beck and Palin appeal to the less informed and intelligent contingent of the Conservative movement.

Any proof? You are now trying, and failing, to be an elitist. miles

Should be obvious to even you that I don't listen to or watch him.

What he and others are saying, in a nice way, miles, is that about anyone in the media labeling themselves as a "conservative" could pizz in a glass and tell many folks here that it's orange juice and they'd drink it.

Then why are you on here commenting about him? How did you form your opinion? You might have just put yourself in for the dumbazz of the year award. miles

I'm gonna type this real slowly so that you can comprehend it.

I watched him, I don't like him, his delivery or much of anything in his method of presentation, he kills the message intended w/his antics.

Henceforth, I will check-in w/you and see if it ok to post anything about your "hero".

Did you get all of that or must I explain it s-l-o-w-e-r, again.

Question; Are you Marshall's Father?

Do you need proof the grass is green and that the sun will rise tomorrow?

The fact that you do not believe what I say is proof of what I said about the intelligence of those who like Beck and Palin.

I have seen that for myself. I would not take your word on much. I need to see proof. miles

Miles, stepping away from this 'serious stuff' for a moment, I've been meaning to ask you about the latest on the "Farm" they were trying to put next to you. Any positives from your side on it? Did you guys get it halted?

Then we can get back to swapping insyuts w/each other!

They got the permit but do not have the ponds built and all of the stuff that go's with it. The latest on ADEQ's website is that they asked for and received a six month extension on having the monitoring well put in. Time is out ally as it seems like most of this stuff is going to reclamation and reuse of the water. Thanks for asking. miles

Can assure you (fwiw) that reuse of the water is about mandatory, for costs reasons if for no other. Hope time buys you guys a lot in the halting. Things are winding down a bit in the Haynesville for 2 co.s. Water (getting it) is part of the issue.

Wonder what Beck would have to say about that! heh.

It would probably depend on whether they were putting the water next to him or not. That said, I would not have much of a problem with it if they could show me where their farm is the only one they would damage. They tried but could not. Best they could come up with is "we are going to do it better than the other twelve landfarms in the state". miles

That's less than a small comfort.

Get a trackhoe and dig a 2' wide, 3' deep ditch along your side of the property line and angle it ~ 6 degress, front to back of property.Spread the dirt.

Thus the ditch and see if you can get them to pay for it.

I understand what you are saying but it won't work. Even if I dig a ditch along the property line the water would just run into a creek and would come on me anyway. The creek then runs across me for 1/4 mile. miles
