That's a very nice 99. I like that sporter also, been tempted to get a 32-20 or 25-20 a few times.

I just sort of happened into the Sporter a few years ago. A guy I work with had four guns that had belonged to his father in law that his wife wanted gone. He wanted $125 for the four; I hadn't seen them but I figured for that I'd take a shot, what could I lose. I got the Sporter, a store brand single shot .22 and a couple single shot 12 gauges.
