Oh I don't know about that, I really like their RMK Pro Assault 155 and I own a Ski Doo Summit. Ski Doo does make a great sled but their reliability off the 800 R motor doesn't have a great track record. I wouldn't own a carbed sled and the 800 E-Tec has caught my eye but I'm waiting another year to see how it holds up before I decide to buy one.

My comment above was just a comparison to Polaris' atv and sleds, nothing more.

Yep, completely different story. I'd have ZERO problems having a Polaris sled.

If the Etec's in the sleds are anything like the outboards, I'd stay the hell away from them.

This Artic Cat is 5 yrs old and has pulled double duty around our place.A real working machine and hunting with it is a no brainer.Dependable/easy starting and nothing finicky about it whatsoever. When it wears out I will definitely buy another!

we now have a 2007 500x2 polaris,2009 400 polaris ,2005 650 polaris,2009 rzr polaris,2010 rzr polaris,2009 800x2 polaris and a 2011 550 touring x2 polaris. there's one suzuki 500 left and the old man of the group drives a bigred honda sidebyside that gets worse fuel mileage of the bunch. its been back to the dealer with problems 3-4 times and its a year old. honda is way behind on atv's.

Did you say 'black'? I swear I hear the pot calling the kettle!

As has been mentioned before, bush Alaska - where I live- tends to be Honda territory. That said, the newer Hondas are not as reliable nor durable as the older models were (prior to the engine left-face). But Polaris ATVs have always had issues, and they still do. They seem to be better than earlier versions were, but they still don't match Honda quality, such as it is now. But Polaris probably does have the best ATV ride; you can give them that.

Six thousand miles per year on the two Suzukis we've been driving over the past four years, though, suggests pretty good hope for that label. And their ride isn't bad.

400 manual Eigers.

I ended up assisting the Foreman in this pic with his load. We had to pull the meat - in sleds- up around the left and back side of this hill. The tundra in this view is high-centering tussocks which obviously complicates things, but my Partners old Honda; years old, but relatively low miles: less than 10,000- wouldn't stay
