Owning dogs is unfair to those who live around you. If you live 3 miles from the nearest person then you should be able to own one. Any dog found off the owners property should be fair game and it is in most of the south. They $hit everywhere and make noise constantly. Cats just $hit everywhere and scratch up your cars & trucks.

Hunting dogs that are kept up serve a purpose.

You should come to Lubbock and shoot my dog. I'd like to put him out of his misery, but don't have the heart to do it.

ETA: Well....he's old and has the walkin' schitts and mange. I really feel sorry for the guy.

I played the trumpet in high school band. That was when band was cool and Loveboat ruled. I also played HS football. Needless to say....halftime was a bitch.

Speaking of classics, Forrest was on last night.

Can only classify that as an EPIC movie...

A local company does Cerakote so I may let them do the metal while I'm waiting on the stock. I need to order a couple of sets of Talleys. A Timney trigger should top it off.

No, the trigger goes on the bottom.

You should top it off with a scope. One of the Tasco's in your safe.

Sure wish McMillan offered the KS pattern for Savage rifles.

I think my Brown Precision KS stock is just about a perfect fit.

Oh well, I'm sure I'll be plenty happy with my McWoody Savage Classic.
I do hate the wait though! smirk

I watched it on the road in the hotel room, one of my all-time favorites.
