H-870 78 gr. (If you can find it). Nosler 175 gr. partition, Remington nickel brass, Federal 215 Mag. primer. Chronographs from 2920 to 2890 fps. Five shot .80" 100 yd. groups. Have two pounds of H-870 left.

66.5 grains of RL-22, 175 Nosler Partition or a Honady Sptz.
Right at 3000 fps. less than MOA in 5 rifles.

Good load work up to it. Never had a problem with this load.

This load has given several animals a dirt nap.

My son has applied the Nosler 120 gr. Ballistic Tip and IMR 4350 to several deer with satisfactory results. The last one was over three hundred yards.

I like to do my hunting BEFORE I pull the trigger!
