Well Gents, tomorrow is the weekly weigh in. Hope everybody is sticking to whatever plan they chose and making some progress.
It has been another tough week for me, but I'm still making a bit of progress. I really need to add regular exercise to my plan. Yesterday I was working in my food plot, tilling and throwing rocks. Not exactly a bad activity for getting some exercise, but I really need a regular work out routine to boost the fat burning.

Start - 175.8 now - 177.8 The idea/goal was a gain of 5 pounds by Sept. 10. Down a pound or so, but I did mow the lawn - dang aerobics!

Start-192 Week 1-185.5 Week 2-182.5 Week 3-180
I'm a little disappointed in this weeks results. I stuck to my plan pretty closely and even spent the last 2 evenings tilling my food plot which always involves a lot of carrying and throwing of rocks because my property is absolutely lousy with field stone.
I guess 12 pounds in 3 weeks isn't bad. Like I've said before, I need to get on an exercise plan to help my progress. So far it has just been cutting way back on carbs including beer, pasta, rice, bread and the like. I suspect that my slowing weight loss may be due to having already picked the low hanging weight loss fruit, figuratively speaking.
Slowing losses or no, I plan to keep at it and encourage everybody else who's joined this effort to keep at it too. I'm already feeling more energetic and looking a little less flabby. It's worth the struggle!

Start 232 1/4 Week 1 221 Week 2 219 1/4 Week 3 218 1/2 It's getting harder to lose, but still managing to cut a few ounces. I'm hoping everyone keeps this up even if the the weight loss seems to be less it still makes a difference. I go back to the Doc in two weeks and interested to see how my numbers are going to look. All total in three months have loss 30 lbs.

rrroae, go ahead & count me in.
216# this am, and I gotta starve 'til I'm done with the blood draw for my annual physical. No coffee, even, 'til after 11:00 am! Yikes!

217. Just tryin' to give you guys a good head start.
FC OK, so today I'm @ 218. My daughter drove 700 miles to see me last week: who was I to turn away the homemade fruit tarts she made for me? I'm sure I'll be in good shape come next Wednesday. FC Back to 216# today. Had a binge weekend on a bike trip with the buddies, but I'm back on the wagon again with the veggie juice and beans - lots and lots of beans. I'll post again 3 Wednesdays from now. There are sheep to be chased, you know... FC

That is unbelievable,,, to lose 24 # in one week, but that's what happened! I'm doing the juice diet as per "Fat, Sick, and Nearly Dead",,, and a little walking.

DK Hang in there DK. Just remember, bathroom scales leave a bit to be desired in the precision dept. My goal last week was to break into the 170s as of this mornings weigh in, and I did. At least the first time I stepped onto the scale, then with each time I re-weighed the scale registered a higher and higher weight. It was with a sigh that I erred on the side of caution and posted my weight today at 180. Just the fact that you're making an effort is proof that you're trying to turn things around for yourseelf. Keep up the effort and it'll happen!

Started at 224lb, now down to 207lb, with 180lb being the eventual target.
I'm aiming to loose 4lb per week or there abouts, and so far, thats proved to be a practical/achievable target..
