Yes, but the holes are centered and straight For $115 they BETTER be centered and straight..  and the local folks don't have to send it out of town to be done right.  Ahhh, now I understand.. You're the ONLY gunsmith in town.. THAT explains a lot re: price.. Hehehehee... (poke, poke, poke)

My shop charges $25.00/hole.
Instead of drilling/tapping I use a CNC mill and 1/8" endmill to "interpolate" (bore) the new hole to ensure it's centered with the receiver bore axis.
Drills have a nasty habit of taking the path of least resistance, which means it'll just enlarge the existing hole. Not a bad thing if the holes are properly aligned. If they aren't all you've done is make a small hole out of location a bigger hole that is still out of location.
