I spent about an hour in the back room looking for the tool. I found six different Knight tools. But not the exact one I think you are after. I know I have it somewhere, but I just can't put my hand on it. I did find one of the long necked nipple remover rods. But it does not have the screwdriver slot on the other end. It will work for what you need to remove the nipple. But then you would need to use a large screwdriver for the actual breech plug. I sent you a PM about this post. If you can use the nipple remover then give me a PM. If not then no big deal. I will spend a little more time trying to find the exact one. But the one in the picture below is the only one I have found so far that will work for your nipple. Tom.

Thanks for trying to help me hogghead.
I ended up making this tool from a socket to remove the breech plug on both my knight and savage ML rifles.Hopefully it will be strong enough to get me through the hunting season and i can gather up the right tools for the job.

That will work. Great idea. And I bet it is a lot lighter than the Knight tool pictured. I have the same tool and it is the heaviest single item in my kit or daypack. I quit putting much torque on the breech plug a long time ago. Makes it a whole lot easier to remove. Hope you knock something down!

It's not that hard to make one of those tools with a piece of round stock and some patient cutting and grinding

One shot, one kill........ It saves a lot of ammo!
