120 NBT or TSX over 44.0 R15, R-P brass and Fed G210M primers.
Nosler doesn't need a 120 AB because the 120 NBT is tougher than the AB would be...

Kimber7man is absolutely correct.
Nosler penetration-tests all the bullets it develops in various kinds of media, and if there isn't any advantage in turning one of the Ballistic Tips into an AccuBond, they don't do it. That's why there isn't a 120 7mm AB--or a 100 .25, for that matter.

120 NBT, 49.7grs Ramshot Big Game, Remington brass, WLR primers.
Chrono's ~3100 from a 22" tube.

Chrono's ~3100 from a 22" tube. I looked at the Ramshot website and this is above their max. Any pressure signs? P

Nosler's data is 48-52 grains, with 50 being their most accurate load. I was getting slightly flatter than I like(still quite rounded, but starting to let you know) primers at 50 grains, the .3 I backed off works well.

Chrono's ~3100 from a 22" tube. 47.5 Big Game with 140s also.

120 NBT or TSX over 44.0 R15, +1, Actually, I'm at 44 gr. with the NBT & 44.5 gr. with the (T)TSX. If I want a heavier bullet, then I will step up to the 140 Partition or (T)TSX. I also use the same bullets in my 280 Rem.........just more of a good thing. MM

Kimber7man is absolutely correct. Except the part about the R-15, Varget is much better

My pet deer load is a Speer 145 Gr. SPFB over 47 Gr. of W-760 . This is a hot load , so work up toward it .

The 120 gr. BT is tougher due to a thicker jacket, especially in the rear half. A belt sander will section one so that the difference is obvious.
I load the same load as Kimber7man; 44.0 gr. Reloader 15, Rem. brass, F210M primer ( TTSX chrony'd 3052 fps. ). I haven't chrony'd the BT yet.

I am a big fan of Varget (more on the shelf than any other) and it was the first powder I tried with the 120 TTSX. I had not used RL 15 previously, so I bought a can. In my particular rifle at least, with this particular bullet (actually the 120 NBT too) RL 15 shoots groups half again smaller than with Varget, H4350, or Big Game. I still shoot lots of Varget in my .308.

Daughter's rifle, 22" Barnes TTSX VV N150 WW brass, CCI spark. Good accuracy, little recoil, vert clean. Good load for her, she never hunted until we went to SA on Safari, where she took a wildebeast and a warthog. She bought a starter Savage on return home, and this is the load that seems to work.Whitetail opens on Saturday, well see how it works on game.
precision is group shooting, accuracy is hitting your intended target.

Where I hunt is 30/30 ranges....
so I load 30 grains of Rl 7 or IMR 4198 with a 100 to 139 grain bullet...
all we need..
