What do they look like? We used to have Hungarian Partridge out here,but their numbers have really dwindled over the last few years. Probably the tatiest bird I've eaten, too.

They look a bit like mourning doves, sound a bit like them too, but are twice the size...looks likey'll fit in a pan though... grin
