I may be wrong but I believe 300F1 is now classified as 18D... It could designate a medic attached to an SF Group and never Tabbed or a Full Blown SF Medic...

The Academy of Health Sciences on Ft. Sam Houston provided and conducted all the medical MOS training programs when I was in the Army. When did Ft. Lewis begin training 91C, 91S, and SF Medic (18D when I was active duty)??
