I have a couple of stocks on Remington rifles with the ribbed Limbsaver pad that are begining to get sticky. Is there a replacement pad from Remington or an aftermarket source that would replace the original pad without fitting? Seems there would be as so many suffer the sticky problem. Thanks for any help.

Really replacing pads without fitting is pretty much impossible if you want a good fit.
I realize outfits like Pachmayr market "pre-fit" pads for various models of guns, but I have rarely seen them fit well when installed.

Remington will send you new pads for free So will Limbsaver: Our rubber supplier sent us a bad batch of rubber a while back. I had to get several replaced. Sims fixed me up in short order and the new pads are going on a few years w/o issues.

Remington replaced one of mine with thier new Supercell. They'll ask for the rifles Serial # to make sure it's legit.

What rifle? Cant do the totally "free" thing, but I have a supercell pad that was taken off a cdl b&c sa lam stock. Pad has never been used. Had to cut stock down so replaced it with a decel. PM me if interested.
