My favourite M700s are the custom ones that have the stock swapped for a McMillan, a custom barrel, and the action swapped for a Lawton, Surgeon, Stiller Predator or similar. They are really nice rifles.
The other M700s i've seen have been $hit.

For me it would be an early Brown stocked KS. +1

An original Vietman era M700 sniper rifle, all other M700's hold about as much appeal as a new hammer.

Ti KS early Mountain Rifles (BDL style) Classics Yes, yes, yes, and yes! That is the list for sure. Add A-D serial numbered actions and that about completes it.

The version that was NOT the most desirable was a brand new 1962 BDL, 30/06, with a 20" barrel and a steel butt plate!
