Okay...

I apologized for taking the gifts. It was wrong....I knew it was a bad idea when I was presented with them at the gun show. I made a poor decision. I got excited and wrapped up in my own desire to have my own guns. I had a little money...but at the time (still am) I was being killed by my mother's med bills/healthcare costs and some lawyer bills. That is my OWN problem and I know that....it is no excuse for my poor decision.

I have tried to give it all back, and I will continue to try and figure out a way to make it straight. I did not join this site to get free stuff. I joined to learn, as I have, about something I know nothing about....guns/hunting/fishing and the like....my approach has been a little too outspoken and I shared too much of my own personal drama. That was wrong, as well. It is not the place for that sort of dialogue.....but, at the time, it felt safe to do so because there are a lot of good people with a lot of good perspectives...on this board. Again, my wrong.

I don't plan on starting anymore threads that aren't directly related to the context of this site, now that I know that it really upsets a lot of people. I will only participate in the ones started by others, and I plan on keeping that to a minimum. I will try harder to stick to the reason I joined this site....and cut the grab-azz in half.

I WILL find a way to pay back the people that won't take back the gifts. I know they meant well in giving, as the one's that gave are the people I am closest too.....and call my friends. It doesn't mean I don't appreciate the gifts....it just means that I made a poor decision and need to make it right.

As to the dress comment. I put the three dresses up for a "style" comparison. I decided on #3 and went to thrift store downtown and found a knock off version of it. The whole friggin piece of crap cost me a grand total of 20.00$. There. Hope that clears that one up.

And, whoever said they have learned more from Stick than me....well, I [bleep] hope so....cuz I don't know but how to barely understand most of the gun thread. I am learning, though.

Partsman....I am too sensitive right now....but if you are making fun of me by using my mug as your avatar...I have just about had all the poking fun of that I can shoulder at the moment. Truly.

Hound Girl, it's never wrong to take something freely offered in love with no strings attached. No arms were twisted in order to get people to give stuff. None of us knows who gave and who didn't (except for ourselves). It doesn't matter. Those who wanted to give, gave; those who didn't, didn't. It's a free country and I do what I want with MY money and MY stuff. And I will continue to do so.

No, on the contrary, I figured it would show I have no problem being associated with you and others.
It is a nice picture.

But I guess it can be misconstrued, so I will take it down.

1AK,

Yours is one of the most lucid posts on this whole Thing, and for the most part I agree with you.

While, IMO Stick can be brutally honest and sometimes offensive at times, I usually don't take offense. This is the Internet, and not much can happen here that will really effect your real life, if you don't let it. At other times, I find him highly entertaining.

Big Stick reminds me of some of the top Medical Doctors that I know. In their specialty, they tend to be very knowledgeable, extremely opinionated, and compared to most other doc's have chitty bed-side manners.

I have learned alot from Stick's posts and will continue to do so, although I gotta admit, sometimes I don't fully savy Stick-Speak

Happy Holidays to All,

Chris

AJ,

You really gotta work on your style man,it's pathetic.

You're one of those guys that couldn't hang for a half hour and knows that truth,so is relegated to stand behind the crowd and shiffle his feet in an attempt to kick rocks/fling mud.

You're envy is palpable.

I do sign autographed pictures, for a small fee and no you cain't have a nekked one to whack to......................

Don,

Your Dunce Cap is so big,you need a gooseneck hitch to tow it behind you.

You are accustomed to bullshitting the fans and are taken aback, when the players routinely call bullshitt on your halfcocked wing nutted notions, that defy 4th Grade logic and common sense to boot.

Save your sappyself some abuses, tune in to Martha Stewart's Site and enthrall all the womenfolk with your Outdoorsy Prowess.

Don't come crawling back yet again, with tail tucked, pretending it didn't happen there too.

Pard, you're a human car wreck,I just gotta tune in,to watch you hit the wall..........................

Hey Stick with all the friends you supposedly can't make I thought I'd go the extry mile and help you make some new friends. I posted your "thigh" photo over at Yahoo's single search. Of course it was under the "men seeking men" section. I can only imagine how giddy they all were over the photo and knowing your handle is Big Stick. Some how typing handle and big stick in the same sentence makes me very uncomfortable. Anyway, I didn't think you'd mind and would embrace all the soon to be friends. Now don't accuse me of never doing you any favors

Am now contemplating tanning sessions and a bikini wax.

That'd be a buncha wax.......................(grin)

I was thinking the opposite. I figured your trolling for a little trouser trout by posting a half nakid picture of yourself on a site visited mostly by the males. Sorry dude, I like females their nice, soft and cuddly.

Out of the majority that post here, they all use clear, concise language. Then we have twiggy, he'll do anything to stand out in a crowd. Ya mean you have that big of an identity crisis?????

Hold onto your azz big twiggy, I figure your future looks bleak to me. BIG momma's got the house she wants, most likely isn't interested in haveing more kids. She's got a future X with a good paying job. She'll hit you up for child support, alimony. You'll be paying at least half the house payment till the kids graduate college. She'll own half your black and white swirlies with the skull and crossbones on the side, plus your reloading gear. Odds are 60/40 I'm right. Hows that for a dose of reality.

This is another in a line of really great threads. Since he is the site owner, I guess Rick "owns" all this. He should collect a dozen or so and publish a book. It has all the essentials- comedy, drama, romance, and just a trace of porn
Should run into several printings

Beckley Gun Club, Beckley, WV - I pay $85.00 per year for my wife and me. That gets me a key to the gate. If I want to shoot skeet or trap, I have to pay $300.00 per year to be a member of the "key club" which consists of a bunch of rude and clanish professional people who don't want to associate with the likes of someone like me. One of these "gentlemen" is on the NRA Board of Directors but he never gets my vote. His bio states how much he defends the Second Amendment but I have never seen the first thing from him locally. I have written more letters to the editor than he has ever seen. I usually go on Monday or Tuesday evenings because the big shots have made their appearance on the weekends. Thanks for letting me vent. Bill.
