Nice dog and nice try on the class up.

He's got a towbar on the grill guard. Neat set up for the go-kart. I can see it being handy to get into spaces a truck can't fit. Never even knew it was back there.

I wiped the milk off the dogs mouth before the pic. grin

Seen this guy beside the house this evening. Not real big, but big enough for me. Hope to God I can post a pic of something besides a dead pup in the near future!

Why did you have to pull him?
Was he trying to save gas again?

No self respectin' critter in Florida would be caught dead so far out in the open like your pic. But then we don't have that much open in the entire state 'cept for a couple of malls. Good places to hunt does.

Cool! is that a 'classic' stock that has been worked over?

Worked over, yes. Classic, no. Original 700 wood that came with the package. Used to be a .22-250. Grip opened, cheek piece removed, checkering erased. Hadn't thought much about it until now, but the only thing original at this point is the receiver group and trigger, though that got worked over as well. Fella named Dennis Erhart did the job on the barrel/trigger/chamber/bedding. I did the wood. Tung oil finish.

Montana critters come equipped with huge hair testicles. Goes a long ways toward keeping themselves alive.

I dig that rifle.

There are some two-tracks that can be driven if you put something down.

PW's can't pass down them (obviously). And even if they could, you'd have to drive in reverse to get back out. No spots to turn around.

And did this:

My back's a wreck, doc gave me some Soma. It might be the solution to all the world's problems. Somewhere along the way my brain melted.

Anyway, here's the Rigby:

Nice. I'll call off the b!tches now.

I had one in a #1. 416.
It didn't punch me as bad as I thought it would.
It will feel good to have another in the stable.

P.S. being I may die first, I'll pencil you in for my first scatter gun I ever shot a gamebird with.
It's a J.C. Higgins bolt action. They just don't make them like that anymore.
You're worth it. grin

Thanks, I always wanted one of them. All my friends had 'em when I was a kid. Dad made me use Model 12s and Ithaca 37s by the time I was 12/13 years old. Afore that it was a walnut/blue H&R Topper in .410. Still have that'n and the 37. Man, I killed a lotta chitt with all of 'em, but I was a total f'n outcast.

Oh...wait....you meant the Rigby is a 'sweet stick'. Yeah. Gawd, I feel better now. You wanna try some of that Soma stuff? It's groovy.
