I bumped into this nice boar working some late berries and was able to kill him with my GAP .260 at 488 meters with a 130gr VLD through his shoulders. I shot from the ridge above my right shoulder. No wind. I was hoping to run into a colored bear......guess I'll have to wait until next spring.....grin!
