Oh, you are wrong about that.....we have very good hospitals.
What we do not have is any bloody Doctors........what the so-and-so's in charge keep sending us are rejects from India that do not speak English, and every time we get something halfway decent they take them away as soon as they are accredited.
Hell, we even had a Yank here for a time...we tried to keep him but the city pricks shifted him.
Ps, my recommendation if you are a Doctor travelling through my town....do not let on what you are or you will have your tires slashed, your car sugared and yourself and your family set up in a town supplied house with a permanent lifetime job at very good money.
....just don't count on ever leaving.
