Mine is in 22 Mag and I love it. Neat little rifle to carry around. Have a Leupold 3x scope on it. Shoots pretty darn good too.

The only bad thing about the 96 is that they don't make it any more! And nice ones are getting hard to find, at least where I am.

I found the trigger on my b-i-l's 96 to be horrible. Very hard, and a loooooong pull to make it go bang.
