Just did some more, arriving today; have done business with them for years..........great supplier.

You do need to pick & choose on price, as they are not always the lowest on any given item.

I have bought from them a few times. Their prices usually seem lower than Midway but must be where they are located in relation to me, shipping to my house is always just high enough to make it cheaper overall in my case to use Midway. I have always been happy when I did use Natchez though.

Stinks is being very kind. Most hateful retail website I've tried to use if you want to do some browsing. If you know the specific item to look for doing a detailed search is a little better. As far as them actually handling an order they're great. Fast and have some good specials time to time.

Only place I've dealt with, with better prices was the old Lock, Stock & Barrel... they're no longer in business.

You won't have any regrets with Natchez!

I've always found good deals there and never had a hitch with an order. I can't recall shipping costs being a big issue and I'm in the far corner of the country away from them. Like an earlier poster said, you can call them and get somebody knowledgeable on the phone which is a real plus for me.

I've bought several items from Natchez. Products delivered as advertised, as I expect from any supplier. I'd buy from them again.

Shipping always seemed high to me. Not to mention, they will often post the price of something on sale, displaying an inflated "regular" price, so you think you are really getting a deal. As long as you do your homework, they are an ok place to buy.

I recently bought a new Redfield Revolution scope from Natchez. When it came, there was a $30 rebate form with it. The catalog did not mention it, but they sent it anyway.

Little things like that keep me ordering from them.

I've used them for years...great company.

As said earlier, be careful on the shipping charges. At least you can put things in your cart and then figure the shipping before hand, then delete or carry on....

They refuse to set up a system for charging sales tax for just three states. The work around is that they have a wholesale side for dealers. When they have something I really want, I contact a local dealer who orders from them and have it sent to the store.

Used to drive me nuts when I lived in TN to see great deals and not be allowed to buy from them. Now I live in Ohio, and I have bought from them and have been happy.

I try to "spread the wealth" and buy from several different places- whoever has a better deal, or just a different one once in awhile if it's close to the same price- so I can keep the catalogs coming.

I have had good experiences buying from Natchez over the years.

I buy more from Graf's and Sons, though, because they have the cheapest shipping charges I have found. Their prices and service are very good, also.

I see from other responses that I'm going to be the lone dissenter here, but here goes:

I won't try to relate the fist couple of fiascos with Natchez since it gets a bit long, but decided to try another order for a couple of scopes they had at a good price.
Fist off, they hold your order for a week or ten days "until the check clears", which is BUNK with today's instant transfers.
After about a month I called to see what happened to my order and was told that it was "ready to ship", but that Jimmy Bob had been on vacation and it "would be shipped when he got back".
WTF, nobody else can ship anything???
I went off on the phone and cancelled the order. Finally had to block their junk emails through my ISP.
Out of three orders totaling about $900.00, I got none of them, and it will be a cold day when I get dumb enough to try a fourth time.
YMMV
Myron

I have done a lot of business with them for many years. Fast service and honest inventory. I have always liked them a great deal.

However, the worst retail website I have ever used. In the last year they have started to jab on shipping. I now calculate the shipping then check elsewhere. Based on other retailers, it appears to me they are beginning to use shipping as a profit center.

I am now using more Graf's and Sinclair.

They are great to deal with, I would say one of the best ones. Once I ordered an item (regular shipping) on Tuesday morning and had it on Wednesday evening. Never had any problems with them and they do have some pretty good prices.

Yes, I was going to add those 3 as well (haven't done much with Cabelas), but everyone else has been GTG
