Mostly what I do now is classroom lecture, then take them teams into the field and yell at the handlers for not listening in class "...the left considers you vermin, and they'll kill you given the chance..." My buddy just got on this summer (bet that was a blast in MS weather). Always wondered why they couldn't find someone closer ( we're in S. Idaho).
