If you want utility get a regular old .223....if you want a tight twist get a Ruger, they are 1 in 9 and pretty much infallible, plus accurate. A trigger job is usually all they need. Rommel is doing GREAT! Real happy with the boy. True story... 90% of the timber biz in Montana is STILL Scandanavian or Irish in their lineage. My mom's side is half Swede, which is why I like to kill [bleep] with 6.5's so much.
It also ain't no secret how many railroaders out west are Irish...
Also, of interest. Montana is the only state in the US that has Freemasons that are AF&AM, which is Irish Lodge. Lodge #'s in Montana are pretty much a chronological "where'd the railroad land this week between 1880 and 1910"

True words Dan...I made up my mind a loooong time ago that I could go on hunts etc. or replace my carpeting.Figured Id replace carpeting when I got too old to hunt...Im saving my sheckles now.....
