Knife porn at its best. That baby looks sweet. Very classy design especially with those Westinghouse scales. No shield, kept a "clean" look. Perfect EDC IMO. Thanks Vince you're the schit! Merry Christmas gentlemen.

I ask about a Case knife and end up with this baby incoming. How cool is that?

"Lanny's Clip" by John Lloyd I'm normally not a fan of folders...but that one right there with the bright green canvas and no bolsters looks mighty fine.

This was a recent built folder by Lloyd w/ el. ivory Every knife will be a little different & possible small pin checks with elephant ivory.

What price for either a Drop Point folder or a Lanny's Clip with popcorn stags? Seems like I saw one of his drop point folders on bladeforum, and it resembled the Lanny's clip as far as the handle. Correct?
Thanks Vince.

I love it. I'm really happy with the way it turned out. Only time it leaves my pocket is when I'm at work. I'm a registered nurse. They would probably frown upon me chopping bandages and such with a pocket knife. I would recommend getting one. I like the LC design so much that I'm have my name in Bret Dowells book for another LC but with a second blade with a round tip for gutting.

Thanks Vince. IMHO your best bet is to watch Bladeforums where I sell these. I describe each knife, the fit & finish, walk n talk etc, with 7 photo's of every folder. Seeing one built, knowing how it came out, action, etc. Is an advantage. There are many varying factors on a slipjoint folder, all different & all different makers, too. PS I'll keep an eye out for what you are looking for

I may have missed it, but what kind of blade steel does Lloyd use on these knives?
