Seinfeld is easily one of the stupidest shows to have wasted space in the airwaves. Never even made me crack a smile, and I am easily amused.

I always like Northern Exposure. New York Jew goes to Alaska (filmed in Washington) and meets the same bunch of weird people one would find on Seinfield. NE wasn�t a lot of overt yuks, you had to watch it awhile and get to know the characters enough to see the humor. Id est, it was a sitcom for smart people...

While not a sitcom, the original Three Stooges short films were favorites of mine, mostly due to the subtle social commentary and conservative political values expressed in them.

You really need some help. A regular psychiatrist couldn't even help you. You need to go to, like, Vienna or something. You know what I mean? You need to get involved at the university level, like where Freud studied, and have all those people looking at you and checking up on you. That's the kind of help you need. Not the once-a-week for eighty bucks, no. You need a team. A team of psychiatrists working around the clock, thinking about you, having conferences, observing you like the way they did with the elephant man. That's what I'm talking about, because that's the only way you're going to get better.
