They don't make anything, they source them our from Japan, China, etc. I'm not even sure they can repair anything. I may be wrong about that, but that's why they usually just send you a new one.

I bought a vortex razor spotter from a member off another board. Said it was new in box.
Showed up well packaged. Eye piece had something rattling inside.
I called Vortex and they offered to replace it free of charge after they receive the broken one or they would charge my cc 100.00 bucks and send out a new one before shipping the old. I pulled out the card and had a new eye piece in a couple days. Ill get my money back when they get the broken one.
