Just giving you [bleep]... Drifts suck ass, we don't get them on this side of the hill. Our snowfall comes straight down and stays there.
I was snowshoeing up in the country you and Travis and I all hunted 3 springs ago. There's at least 3' up there on the level, and not ONE muley shed found. I was posting through about 10" of fresh powder on top of the older snowpack.
I only hit it for about a half a day though. It warmed up to 12, and was windy. My Giney got cold and I needed some hot coco sopped up in a tampon. You know, one of the super absorbant kinds...

Or do the big round bales last a couple? 6-8 big rounds lasts about 3 hours with the cows, they really like to eat....grin That and barley cake daily Dec-April. Tomorrow the critters will get feed plus about 12 straw bales. No sense in putting out straw during a storm, it just gets covered by snow or blows away.
