Here is the new style chef I am doing. This is 3/32" stock ss from Dexter Russell knife Co.
Stabilized quilted maple.
Finished out this knife has a feel to it,worth double what I'm charging,imo.
Despite the very slight & cosmetic pin check it's sold.
Came out sweet!!

Ironwood Menefee sent me,brass pins,hand rubbed blade. I'm sending it out to have a sheath made
