FJ, not sure if there was a tornado warning for that one(that cloud saved half of our wheat crop from burning up). Tornado that actually touches down is rare but we do get them every so often. I saw a couple little ones way up in the sky last year.
Rez folk's can be nice if they like you, if not you're [bleep] for life.
Pretty much the same as anywhere else, kinda....grin

New Chobani yogurt plant SE corner of town. Nearly a million sq. ft and $450 mil. Just opened (part production) in Dec. Big boost for our economy, especially after the housing crash which was a big part of our economy. Perfect place for the plant. I replace valve cover gaskets every 50K, if they don't need them sooner...
