Never been to College Station. Closest I ever got was Huntsville State Park a few times on picnics about 1984 when I was living in Houston. Spent a year in Ft. Bend County in Rosenberg as well.

TCU is hot on my boys tail for academics. He has his heart set on Big Blue though....Poobah will be on that soon...but he does keep an open mind and he wants out of NH as bad as I do!

Copy. UF has always had a rep as a 'party school'. My little bro went to Auburn to get his forestry degree, and being my family wasn't exactly rich, I went local to U.S.F. for my degrees.
Were I choosing between U.F. and F.S.U., I'd go to F.S.U. (no offense to any Gators in attendance). Between F.S.U. and other schools across the country that you may be considering, I'd prolly not venture an opinion, other than to say were it me personally, already living in Fl, I'd prolly go to F.S.U. due to it being in north FL and the hunting available in north Fl and Alabama and Georgia, but those are hardly educational considerations.
I'm sure you and your son will choose wisely.

An education from FSU is nothing to brag about. UF has some good schools, mostly engineering. Might be that USF is better in that discipline these days, not certain about that.

Given his propensity to make decent arguments...he may be leaning towards law school after undergrad....BUT...he would love to be a sports agent or in upper management in that industry.
