OP Goats260 Campfire Member Joined: Jul 2011 Posts: 468 North Alabama	4 of us were able to make it out to Post, Tx last week to hunt with Toby Joe and his father Joe Truby. Joe and I hunted together and I was able to connect on this great aoudad.I was about 25 feet above him as he was running away about 80-100yds away and I placed the shot just above his hip and the bullet landed in his chest area putting him down. Thought I would share this hunt and anyone considering a hunt for aoudad can't go wrong with Toby Joe Truby. My rifle is a cooper excalibur in 270 win, I was shooting 130 gr accubonds.
