They got rid of Beck because the truth hurts and he was exposing all the corruption in the Government and educating people to History they should have been taught in Government Run Schools and the Liberal didn't like it .

Roger Ailes has more or less said it was an amicable parting.
It people think he fired Beck, he said, let them think what they want. Ailes said that Beck may have gotten a little "tired".
Beck indicates that he wanted the freedome to produce what he wanted - regardless of profitability. It appears from insiders and ratings he is doing even better now on his own and based out of Texas.
