Kinda crude.......

Why the exposed shickenchit strong-ties and bolt heads?

You can tell it came from 'precision rifles and handloading', instead of 'quality building and craftsmanship'.....

I'd start over with one that can be clamped to an existing heavy table or real desk, so you can sit on a normal height chair while reloading.

Omid. I also reload in an apartment, and your setup looks like a great idea. I got a Sinclair press stand, which tilts and will avoid the desk flipping. You can probably clamp it or bolt it to the table. It looks like the one you posted a link for. You can buy it from Brownells or make one.

Huntsman, you have neat setup, that I might copy when I get the time and space to really crank some loads smile
I need a dedicated place too, since it almost takes me longer to setup for reloading than actually loading some rounds smile

Sponxx, thanks for the info. Tried to order one but they're backordered.

I have one of these and loaded on it for many years. It works.

For the price, I may pick one to use at the range when working a load up. For that I think it would be pretty slick.
