I really like the blade shape on the bottom one. The first knife I ever bought had a lot of belly to it, so I'm sorta partial to that and find that it cuts very well.

How thick are the scales? The only thing I don't like about my Ingram is the very narrow scales.


Not too narrow, I'll take a pic of them on edge. The top one is a hunter model with Iron wood scales and the bottom is a Reno Skinner with micarta scales and formed to fit your hand.
