Speaking of food. smile As most of you know, we keep the cost down on these things by cooking our own meals at night, which we enjoy also. The menu so far looks like this.

Wednsday...Gourmet burgers and hot dogs, courtesy of Bob and Dan.

Thursday...BBQ hog with boudin and stuff.

Friday...Cajun shothered pork and gravy, mashed potatos, etc.

Saturday...Brisket and pork tacos.

As most of you are eager to contribute, we have compiled a shopping list of things that we will need that we don't already have. If you are able to help out, let us know what you can bring and I'll tag your handle beside the items. Thanks!

Don't forget a meat cooler, senor. Being the camp Gunga Din with those baby-wipes is most thoughtful of you, especially for those morning after hunts.

You always have stepped up to the plate for the big jobs!
