Pointer, I was wonderin' why you guys call them bombers. You're either a dwarf or that's a big assed bird. Guessin' the latter.
Seen a gazillion pics of them but never thought they were that big. They are big birdies. I'm 5'10" and about 280# in that pic. I think part of the reason I like to hunt them is they fly slow, so I can actually hit one! Now that you know how big I am, check out the size of the bass I caught this past weekend. I don't have anything against bigguns if they aren't "sloppy big" or "mega bolt on" big. The catch for me is nice big naturals, being made mostly of fat, often come with big cushy ass/thigh zones.
