C) Failure to fire those responsible for the lack of security and for refusing to send aid.

2) Fast and Furious

A) Supplying 2,500 weapons to terrorists.
B) Refusal to provide documents requested by Congress.

Where I worked and retired from, you could be terminated at any time if they found that you had lied on you application. In fact a women that was head of human resources with 27 years, was fired when they found that she had lied about her college degree.
