Ok,I use 20.0 grains of 2400 with a 260 grain Keith gas check. Getting 1283 fps out of a 5.5" barrel. Shot my target stand twice,need lots more practice.

Ok,I use 20.0 grains of 2400 with a 260 grain Keith gas check. Getting 1283 fps out of a 5.5" barrel. Shot my target stand twice,need lots more practice. I use 300 gr paper patch (.422" w/2 wraps of 9# onionskin, Vase/beeswax lube and .030 card wad), taper crimped, 17.0'ish grains Li'l Gun and standard primers. Bubbles around 1600 fps from a rifle barrel. My target stands are perfectly behaved. Or else.

It has proved capable on pigs, armadillo and deer. Only the armadillo went anywhere after being shot. In pieces. Wish I had a video of that, still makes me chuckle.
