I'm done with her, take her.

Any of you used the SWFA 10X42?

Archie uses exclusively 6x42s wrapped in green tape in order to replicate big green d!ldos.

The 10x42 is sweet. What are you wanting to put it on SLM?

Mid weight 308. Not sure I would hunt with it, more thinking busting rocks.I know this will start a shi!t storm but I had aM1 put on a 2.5X8 and the tracking sucked. Have a Zeiss with a turret waiting for the rifle but just thinking.

Raaaaaaaabble rabble rabble!

Either you shoot a Leupold, or you're a [bleep]' Turrist...you ain't a Turrist are you?

In all honesty I wouldn't mind trying one. I have an A-4 on order and no money to buy a real scope for it.

Hey, you ain't the only one.... some have tracked great for me and others sucked the chode.

I think a 10x42 will kind of overpower most light to mid weight rifles. I'd probably not put one on anything other than a steel/rock/chuck bustin' chunk. It's not so much the weight, but it's just a BIG scope (archie would love it for his b-hole).

The 3-9x42 is only 2oz lighter, but it's quite a bit more svelte feeling. Rides pretty well on my 243 AI.

My .308 has a Leupold 4.5x-14x with the CDS on it. Whenever Nosler makes more 168 NBT's,it'll be shot out to 400 yards.

I'll use it coyotes and deer.

10x42 is a good, tough scope. Tracks perfect. Have had two. If your serious about one I'd make you a deal on mine...I'm looking to go a little higher magnification.

Multiple Choice:

a) I dunno
b) If I tell ya I have to kill ya
c) The back yard of an aspiring WWF actor that's trying to learn the art of walking softly.
d) All, any or none of the above.

I wouldn't bet on the long answers.

There's only 3 kinds of hunting scopes:

1) Steel Weavers
2) Leupold
3) Euro chitt I can't afford

There's 3 kinds of target scopes:

1) MVA
2) Unertl
3) Chitt I can't afford.

There's a couple of DOTscopes:

1) Millett SP-1
2) Aimpoint chitt I can't afford

PS: "DOTs" be an acronym for "dead on the spot". Oooh Raaah!

All I know is if it were my back yard a couple of them would be hangin' from gambrels for the most part. Poached this off the 'net a few years back.
