You should be unsettled because the FBI was warned about these two guys and even went to there homes and checked on them through the yrs. then get their pictures at the crime scene and ask the public if anybody's ever seen them. That's very true and seeing how easy it was, you know it's going to happen again and again. If they had any kind of exit strategy, they could have been in Chechnya days ago.

I'm unsettled over two things.
1. Two Uslamofacists are capable of shutting down a major city.
2. The one captured alive was not read his Miranda rights for "public safety" reasons. The Mooselimb's lawyer is gonna have fun with THAT. 1. The term 'shutting down' is a misnomer. Service on the T (public transportation) was suspended, and cabs were told not to operate. Many schools and businesses voluntarily closed. The city itself shut down? Bloody nonsense. Don't believe everything you read. 2. That's not going to be an issue.
