What does gator taste like?

We have a lot of tourists from Canuckistan, New York, New Jersey and a few from Pennsylvania. Contrary to popular belief, there are a lot of young tourists, especially in the spring. There are some amongst the latter group that are fair tasty, and arguably better than gator. However, in the main I'd say that chicken wished it tasted like gator. White meat, mebbe a little chewy but mild.
