I want one of these even though they're a bit awkward. ATN-MARS6-4. Always felt a little like an attention whore with flashlights or IR illumination. I'm really a bashful sort at heart.
I am..........disturbed.

BD,
time and money!
I bet if you got the cash, someone would be happy to take the time to ship you one.
And as to one of those, you'd be able to use it and keep everyone else in the dark.

That is scary to contemplate on several levels. SAS, that is a nice lookin' rig. If precision is synergistic with appearance you'll only need to pull the trigger once to kill everything. Right Poobah? Tanner, what we don't see don't impress. So far I'm convinced you have an action. It looks nicely assembled but it won't hurt anything without a barrel and stock and scope and ammo and chitt. So, until you show otherwise I will remain unimpressed. -snort-

GWB Sadly, that's all true. I have an emotional problem with scopes costing more than 2, maybe 3 rifles. GFM now.

Since pics of recent builds are in order, here is my Ruger 260 done up by Eddie Fosnaugh. It's coming to Montana with me in October... Wow! Details, man, details! GWB Ruger MKII SA, stainless 24" Douglas #2. Eddie coated all the metal in graphite black, then pillar bedded the rifle in a McMillan MKII Hunter (Sako). Shoots great, feels great. I really like the stock... I wanted the look of a blued/wood rifle, but something that would stand the elements. The McWoody and some paint on the stainless achieved my goal! I'm thinking I'll bust a cow elk and Mulie with it this fall...

GWB Sadly, that's all true. I have an emotional problem with scopes costing more than 2, maybe 3 rifles. GFM now. Then you'd want a suppressor of course. That's another six benjamins. Plus you need a LLC, LLP or Corporation to get a tax stamp for the suppressor, another three benjamins. Toss out another two benjamins for threading the barrel of the subsonic 300 Whisper or AAC blackout you paid $2k for and a $200 set of reloading dies. So after $8 to $9K, your a little better off than using the $139 XLR 250 Kill Light. But its only money! Best GWB

CDS also? GWB

40mm VX2 3-9 CDS. Also forgot...260 Rem, 8 twist.

40mm VX2 3-9 CDS. Also forgot...260 Rem, 8 twist. Not to beat it to death but I really like your setup. I bet it balances and carries well. My current 260 Rem. shooter is the Sako 75 Laminated Stainless Varmint w/set trigger. It's a shooter, but it's a little thick for my hands at the magazine box, for perfectly comfortable carry. I'm not a velocity slut in that I don't try to turn a 260 Rem in to a 264 Mag. Here is the recipe I currently use in the Sako. Don't know whether your magazine box will accommodate the OAL, but mine does and that OAL works well. Do dig that rifle. Best GWB
