I took a gamble on season 1 disc 1 thru Netflix a couple years ago and my wife and I agreed to give those first 4 or 5 episodes a chance. I eventually upgraded my plan to have more dics checked out at once, just so we could watch it every night. I typically hate television, but we watched every episode in every season. Great show.
