Please let me know if you have or know where I can buy or trade for a new or like new Thompson Icon in 22-250, 243, 7mm-08 or 308. I am not interested in a 30 TC as I have two already. (Great rifles, BTW.) Wood or synthetic, blue or Weather Shield, I'm not picky. I'm bargain hunting.

Chuck's Gun and Pawn in Warner Robins, GA had a TC Icon in 308 on their used shelf today when I was in the store. It was a wood stock and blued action and barrel and looked to be in very good condition. There was some sort of Leupold on it too. You can get their number with an internet search. Ask for Chuck or Chip. They are the owners.

If you can find a 7mm-08 Lipsey's special edition they only made 250 but man can they shoot. I have one after drooling over them I finally found one three years ago. Wish the magazine wasn't polymer. I tried to buy the Warlord bottom metal but they wouldn't sell it to me.
