My Browning A bolt in 22 mag does not seem to like the 40 grain hollow point Win mag ammo. I have 7 boxes of 50 I bought last year for it. If anyone has something similar in a 30 grain weight I would like to swap a few to try them out.
Please pm me if interested.

Would you be interested in trading for .22 LR or just selling the ammo?

I would try and clean your gun before you trade the ammo off. I had the same gun and it loved that bullet. I did freefoat the barrel, trigger job, and bed the rifle. 1" groups at 100 were the norm. Trigger spring off an ink pen works wonders on the abolts.
Good luck

Thanks Keith for the info. The trigger is pretty sweet on it. Will clean it out and try again with them. Great to know that yours likes that ammo.
Wildhobbybobby, would only trade as I want to keep something on the shelf and have plenty of 22 LR at present.
